KDSI-SR-G: screwless cable entry system with IP66 protection
The split CONTA-CLIP system is installed entirely from the outside, saves assembly time and offers 130 sealing elements for cables, conductors, hoses and pneumatic or hydraulic lines.
KDSI-SR-G is a modular system for routing pre-terminated and unterminated cables into control cabinets and machinery. The entire assembly is installed from the outside and consists of four component groups: frame, dividers, sealing elements and cover. The screwless split frame uses a dovetail connection and overlapping TPE seals. Snap-in dividers provide a flexible grid, while conical sealing elements support strain relief according to DIN EN 62444. The three-level TPE sealing system achieves IP66 protection. The system is RoHS compliant, made in Germany and suitable for temperatures from -40 °C to 120 °C.
