Information we process
For sample requests we process your name, company name, delivery address, telephone number, selected product and submission time. We use this information only to process the request, agree the details and deliver the sample.
Legal basis and retention
We process the data based on your request and the consent provided in the form. We retain it only as long as necessary to process the request and related communication, for no longer than 24 months unless applicable law requires a longer period.
Who can access the data
Access is limited to authorised employees and essential hosting or delivery service providers. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and withdraw your consent. You also have the right to contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
